Harbor view, spacious rooms, beautiful promenade

The check-in process is painfully slow!!! The jacuzzi and pool areas seem long overdue for a refresh!!! WiFi connectivity issues can really disrupt your stay!!! It's frustrating when you're expecting better facilities!!!

I loved my stay here, especially with the stunning view of Victoria Harbour just a short stroll away and the beautiful Kowloon Park only about 2 km away, making it super easy to enjoy a peaceful walk through the greenery right after exploring some iconic landmarks. Single travelers will appreciate how spacious and modern the rooms are, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing, but the housekeeping staff could be friendlier during their visits.

Just spent 1 night, and wow! The room was super spacious and comfy. We had the best view, right over the river—amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful too. Breakfast wasn’t that great though, and it could use a revamp. Loved chilling by the poolside snack bar. Just a bit sad about the breakfast situation.

Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff

I enjoyed my 12-night stay in a Harbour View room. The spacious room and soft bed made for a restful retreat. The complimentary shuttle service to Kowloon was excellent. For breakfast, I recommend exploring nearby cafés for local flavors instead of dining in the hotel.

This was a great fit for a short stayover in Hong Kong with good value considering the price it charged. The views from the rooftop pool were stunning, and while I didn't use it, I enjoyed checking it out. For quicker trips, make sure to use the free bus to get into the center.

I absolutely loved diving into the Dim Sum at Hoi Yat Heen—authentic and delicious! The location was perfect for exploring nearby spots like Waterfront Bar & Terrace for a quick snack. Plus, the harbour views from my room added a touch of magic to my stay!

While the dining options nearby were tasty, I found the hotel service lacking. Check-in was slow, and I was shocked there was no complimentary water offered! Trying to pinch pennies on basics isn't very five-star, if you ask me.

The check-in process was extremely frustrating, taking around 45 minutes after a long journey. My husband and I were disappointed that our room, booked for a harbor view, actually faced the wrong direction and didn't provide the experience we were hoping for. Additionally, the cleanliness left much to be desired, with crumbs on the floor that remained during our stay.
